How the 12-week Model Works
Each participant commits to a 12-week “season.” At the end of your season you can:
Graduate from the group, or
Re-commit for another 12 weeks to keep building recovery.
Because men start and finish at different points, the group stays dynamic — with guys at different stages of recovery:
newer members bring honesty and urgency
longer-term members model hope, tools, and leadership
everyone benefits from a living recovery culture
What We’ll Cover
Understanding your “porn cycle” and triggers
Shame resilience and honest disclosure
Emotional regulation and stress coping
Repairing integrity and building a values-based life
Rewriting your story with clarity and compassion
Relapse prevention planning
Creating real connection and accountability
