Bedrock & Branch Groups

Group therapy offers a powerful way to grow, heal, and feel less alone. At Bedrock & Branch, our therapy groups bring people together around shared experiences—anxiety, relationships, life transitions, identity, and more—so you can get support, learn practical tools, and practice change in real time.

Whether you’re looking for connection, skills, or a deeper understanding of yourself, group therapy can be an effective and affordable way to move forward. Many clients find groups help them feel understood faster than they expected—and that progress happens not just through insight, but through belonging.

Why Group Therapy Helps

You realize you’re not the only one

One of the biggest benefits of group therapy is shared humanity. When you hear others voice thoughts or feelings you’ve carried alone, shame softens. Isolation loosens. You start to feel: “This makes sense. I’m not broken. I’m human.”

You gain multiple perspectives

In individual therapy you receive one clinician’s insight. In group therapy you gain a whole room of lived experience. People reflect things back to you that you may not be able to see yet—offering compassion, clarity, and practical ideas.

You practice new skills in the moment

Groups are like a safe relational “gym.” You get to experiment with boundaries, honesty, asking for what you need, managing emotions, and staying present with others. Growth becomes something you do, not just something you understand.

You receive support and accountability

Change is hard in isolation. Group members encourage each other through setbacks, celebrate progress, and help you keep showing up to what matters. Accountability feels less like pressure and more like being held with care.

Group therapy is often more affordable

Because the cost is shared among participants, group therapy is typically less expensive than individual therapy—while still offering high-quality clinical support and meaningful transformation.

You build hope by witnessing others grow

Watching someone else take steps forward helps you believe your own change is possible. Their courage becomes contagious. Your courage becomes visible, too.

Intentionally Formed Men's Group

For men ready to name the stories that formed them and replace them with the truth of Christ.

Intentionally Formed is a 4-week formation group for Christian men built around one question: What do you believe is true about yourself? Most of us know what the gospel says—loved, redeemed, adopted—but our daily beliefs are often shaped more by our family story, relationships, media, and thought patterns than by God’s voice. This group offers a grounded, Scripture-rooted space to identify what has been forming your identity, understand the competing narratives you’ve carried, and practice renewing your mind so you can live more deeply from who God says you are. Each 90-minute week includes teaching, guided exercises, and honest brotherhood in a safe, non-shaming environment.

You’ll leave with practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, and boundaries—along with the experience of being known and supported by other men who are also doing the work.
